

Kevin Duncan is Manager of Development for RDF USA.
In his role, Duncan is responsible for creating and developing unscripted programming for all television networks. Aside from seeking out and meeting with new talent and producers, Duncan drafts treatments and creates network presentations. Additionally, he tracks all East Coast based RDF projects.
Prior to joining RDF, Duncan worked under truTV's Vice President of Development Lauren Gellert. At the network, he solicited pitches, liaised with department heads, and coordinated all aspects of project submissions.
Throughout the years, he has worked in production at television shows, including MTV's TRL, The Late Show with David Letterman, and The Apprentice: Martha Stewart.
Duncan began his career in both Celebrity Endorsements and Motion Picture Talent at William Morris Agency where he worked with talent such as Kanye West, Molly Shannon, John Travolta, and Terrence Howard.
A well known comedian on the New York comedy scene, he regularly performs at The Gotham Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, and Carolines on Broadway.
Duncan earned a B.A. in TV/Film from De Sales University.
