Matthew Ingels is Director of Business and Legal Affairs.

Ingels handles a variety of business and legal issues associated with RDF television productions, including "Hitched or Ditched" (CW), “The Girls of Hedsor Hall” (MTV), "Coolio’s Rules" (Oxygen), "The Two Coreys" (A&E), and "Secret Millionaire" (Fox). Additionally, Ingels negotiates and drafts option agreements and development deals for both television and digital media, and is predominantly responsible for handling all legal matters for RDF’s digital media sector.

Ingels works closely with RDF’s New York office in connection with productions such as "Fugitive Chronicles" (A&E), "All Worked Up" (truTV), "The Detonators" (Discovery), and "Arctic Roughnecks" (Discovery), and handles various business and legal matters for RDF’s management division, Pangea Management Group.

Ingels, a California-licensed attorney, is a graduate of the Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D.), the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University (M.B.A.), and DePauw University (B.A. in Economics).
